- All applicants must be members of an RFACA Member Club or Association.
- The requirements listed for each Certificate are the minimum in each case.
- With the exception of the Blue Certificate, the basic requirement is to have held, hold or be eligible to hold, all previous Certificates.
- An applicant who does not hold any previous Certificate and is qualified to apply, for say a silver, must show the Certificate number or the Date Completed of all requirements for previous Certificates, i.e. the Blue, Red and Bronze when completing the Application for the Silver. The only change is for the Silver.
Note: In some cases the requirements for the Certificates of Proficiency may impose unreasonable hardships because of geographical location or other factors. Under these circumstances, alternative proposals to these requirements should be submitted to the President of the Royal Federation of Aero Clubs of Australia who will refer to the Executive of the Federation for a ruling. The executive shall have the power to waive or vary the requirements for a Certificate.
